Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us! Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange:

You may return or exchange your product within 48 hours of receiving your parcel if there is a genuine problem with the item (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

Conditions for Return & Exchange:

  • The request for return or exchange must be initiated within 48 hours of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at chef.kit02@gmail.com or 03398318776 within the 48-hour window. Please provide your order number and a clear description (and photos, if applicable) of the issue.

Return Process:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Exchange Process:

For exchanges, upon approval of your request within the 48-hour period, you will be required to hand over your parcel to our designated courier service. We will arrange for the pickup of the item you wish to exchange. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the shipment of your new item.

Inspection and Resolution:

All returned and exchanged items are subject to inspection. If the product is found to be used, damaged by the customer, or not in its original condition (unless the return is due to damage during transit, reported within 48 hours), the return or exchange may be denied.

"Fake" Return/Exchange Attempts:

Please be aware that any attempts at "fake" returns or exchanges, such as claiming damage that did not occur or attempting to return a different item, will not be honored and may result in the refusal of future service. We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.

Refunds (for returns):

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Important Note:

We highly recommend inspecting your parcel immediately upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours to be eligible for a return or exchange.
